- Smart Ordering – create customer orders in a quick and smart manner using the smart ordering module. This module shows the customers regularly purchased products along with a history of when each product was purchased and in what quantities. Furthermore, the system will flag up any products which the customer has stopped purchasing from you so that your telesales staff can try and query the reasons for this.
- Standing Orders – set up standing orders for customers who purchase the same items at regular intervals
- Real-Time Pricing – ability to create customer specific prices at the point of order creation
- Smart Pick and Load – order picking the correct items is paramount to good customer service and the overall success of your business. BS-ERP will present you with picking data for one or more vehicles in such as fashion that you are not re-picking the same item for the same vehicle over and over. Once order picking is complete the loading sheets will allow you to load customer orders onto vehicles in the order that they will be delivered.
