- BS Manufacturing – as with any manufacturing operation one or more computer terminals are required on the production floor. BS Manufacturing is a touch screen system which has all the key modules required to run the factory floor. Modules available are
- Stock – allow staff to have real-time access to current stock levels and visibility of stock on order from your Suppliers
- Orders – with this module the staff on the production line can see what the production requirements are for a given period and can tick off each item as and when is has been manufactured
- Production Initiator – when a production run is to be started this module will be used to record all the key information so that the system can reconcile the bill of materials
- Production Recording – when finished goods roll off the production line the stock quantities can be booked into the main stock system from this module
- Goods Out – the goods out module is used to serve Customers or 3rd party freight companies who may arrive at your factory to pick-up their ordered goods or goods that need to be delivered
- Goods In – this module allows the factory staff to receive shipments that arrive from your Suppliers to your factory
- Quality Assurance – quality is a key element in ensuring that the products you manufacture are of a high standard. With the Quality Assurance module you can define and track all your quality check activities
- Machine Maintenance – in any manufacturing environment it is very important that all machinery is regularly maintained and serviced. With this module you will have a complete schedule of who needs to do what and when
- Product Types – flag products as 'raw ingredients’, ‘raw and sold’ or ‘manufactured’
- Recipes – create recipes using your raw ingredients
