- Profiling – create and store detailed profiles for potential Customers recording key details such as any special pricing that your sales rep may have offered to potentially win the Prospects business
- Literature Tracking – record when you sent out brochures and any other marketing material to your Prospects
- Contact History – allow your sales staff to log detailed communication activity between your business and the Prospect. This will allow any one of your employees to look at this communication log and continue business proposals with the Prospect.
- Auto Convert – once a Prospect is ready to place their first order, you can use the auto convert feature which will automatically allow you to create a Customer record for the selected Prospect.
