- Automated Call List – for businesses who need to call Customers in advance to take their orders, this module will allow you quick access of who needs to be called and when
- Call Back Reminders – function for tele-sales operator to set up reminder to call back customer if busy at time of call
- Customer Group Filtering – if you have a large Customer base, assign telesales staff to particular Customer Groups so that they filter the calling lists to focus on their Customers only
